1. The service

YourWeddingQR is a wedding-keepsake studio that designs and delivers custom QR experiences for couples and wedding professionals. By submitting a form, placing an order or paying for a package, you agree to these terms.

2. Packages and prices

• Wedding Memories QR — €65
• Interactive Wedding Experience — €90
• Luxury Wedding Experience — €140

Prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes where required. Wedding professionals enrolled in our partner programme receive a confirmed discount on every package, communicated privately on application.

3. Delivery

• Wedding Memories QR — final design delivered within 1 business day.
• Interactive Wedding Experience — final design delivered within 3 business days.
• Luxury Wedding Experience — final design delivered within 3 business days.

Delivery is digital, by email, to the address you provide. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Cyprus.

4. Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit (names, date, venue, links). You confirm you have the right to share any links, photos and handles you provide. The QR code links to the destination you choose; we do not host, moderate or back up the linked content.

5. Payment and refunds

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Because each package is produced to order, refunds are not available once design work has started. If we fail to deliver within the timeframes above for reasons attributable to us, contact us and we will either complete delivery promptly or issue a full refund.

6. Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to keep the QR landing experience available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and we are not liable for the availability of third-party links (Google Drive, Dropbox, Instagram, etc.). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a package is limited to the amount you paid for that package.

7. Intellectual property

Designs, templates and brand assets remain our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered files for your wedding and personal keepsake purposes.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
